With the advancement and refinement of slurry pump technology, Excellence Pump has integrated user feedback and leveraged modern fluid dynamics theory, mechanical engineering principles, and computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop the EZ Series Slurry Pumps. This series features a comprehensive model range, extensive performance coverage, and simplified selection processes.
Designed as single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pumps. According to the structure form is divided into horizontal (EZ Series) and vertical (EZJL Series). Horizontal pumps are available in multiple outlet diameters, including 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, and 40mm, etc. Each specification offers adjustable impeller diameters to accommodate specific head requirements.
Innovative hydraulic and structural engineering distinguishes this series. The wet parts are constructed from self-developed anti-abrasive high-chrome wear-resistant alloy cast iron, delivering exceptional resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Key advantages include high efficiency, energy savings, extended service life, compact design, robust construction, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, and ease of maintenance, etc.
Featuring a dual-casing structure for simplified component replacement, the pumps utilize ductile iron or gray cast iron for outer casings (depending on pressure demands), while inner casings employ high-chrome abrasion-resistant white iron or cast steel. This design ensures optimal durability and performance across diverse operating conditions.

The EZ series pump performs better with high-pressure, light-duty slurries.
The EZ series pump offers significantly higher efficiency and is widely used in the power industry.
In potash and phosphate applications, the EZ series pump stands out for its efficiency and direct-drive design.
Typically, EZ series pump is equipped with an oil-lubricated frame assembly, but can also be configured with grease-lubricated bearing assembly, depending on specific working conditions.
The EZG pump features thicker wear parts, performing better in heavy-duty applications.
