ESHR(M) pump for ballmill pump application.
Application

Large ball mill slurry pumps are specially designed for the most severe wear applications, and can be widely used for slurry transportation in mineral processing, dredging, metallurgy, and power plants, etc. They are especially suitable for transporting slurry with large particles, extremely high flow rates, and extremely high solid concentrations under primary ball mills, offering reliable and safe operation with extended service life.

Pump Features

Newly developed hydraulic components using Computational Fluid Dynamics and CFX increase operating efficiency while reducing wear and tear on wet parts, resulting in an overall reduction in operating costs.

The larger impeller diameter (compared to the EH series) enables achieving the same working conditions (flow rate, head) at a lower rotational speed, significantly extending the service life of wet parts.

The impeller clearance is adjusted by moving the throat bush, which significantly improves the convenience and visualization of the adjustment process.

The new packing seal requires less seal water and lower seal water pressure to achieve better sealing effect, the application of the new technology also effectively extends the service life of the packing.

Lubrication oil and grease can be used in dual-use bearing chamber, large-diameter, high-strength rotary shaft matching the high performance bearings which bear the axial and radial force, greatly improving the stability of the operation and prolonging the average trouble-free operation time.

EMHR(M) pumps with much better slurry transfer performance than MCR pumps, and its main installation dimensions, such as pump suction and discharge pipework and anchor bolts, are identical.

ESHR(M) pump is an updated product with optimized impellers on the basis of the EMHR(M), and realizes the interchange between cover plate and frame plate with left and right rotation outlet.
