With strong comprehensive strength, Excellence Pump has trained and absorbed a large number of high-quality technology research and management talents, and accumulated a lot of mature experience in R&D and application of slurry pump. Our company has successively signed R&D agreements for new products with the Water Machinery Research Institute of Tsinghua University and the Fluid Machinery Technology Engineering Research Center of Jiangsu University. In the R&D process of new products, CAD/CAM computer-aided design systems, CAPP computer-aided process design software, Hydraulic design software such as Computational Fluid Dynamics, Fluent, CFturbo, etc, Ansys finite element analysis software and UG three-dimensional design software are fully utilized. In the same industry, we are the first to achieve the entire process from predicting the hydraulic and wear resistance performance of products, three-dimensional simulation analysis and calculation of solid-liquid two-phase flow, structural optimization design, to computer three-dimensional modeling and simulation assembly, and computer simulation operation testing. On the premise of ensuring the design and manufacturing quality of the product, the design and production cycle of the product has been greatly shortened.
