Job Responsibilities:
1.Conduct market research and competitive analysis in Spanish-speaking regions (Latin America, Spain).
2.Lead business development initiatives and project negotiations within target markets.
3.Expand distribution networks, maintain key account relationships, and manage channel partners.Generate regional performance reports with data-driven insights on sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
4.Formulate strategic business plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
5.Execute additional assignments delegated by senior management.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher. Native/Bilingual Spanish proficiency with 3+ years of export trade experience in industrial machinery (pumps, valves, or related equipment preferred).
2.Proven track record in independently developing overseas markets.
3.Demonstrated integrity, corporate loyalty, and adherence to professional ethics.
4.Strong team leadership, analytical thinking, emotional intelligence, and resilience in high-pressure scenarios.
5.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
