No Water Sucked by the Slurry Pump

When the pump is running but without slurry being sucked, it may caused by several possible factors. In this passage, we provide the solutions to solve the problem.
It is usually resulted from the air remained in the pump which is probably due to bad seal or the pump doesn’t full of water. Therefore, the pump should be refilled with water as well as the pipeline and seal should be checked to see whether it is tightly sealed. It is also important to prevent clogging by keeping slurry running velocity and rotation speed up to the standard. The other possible reasons includes that the pump’s installation height is above permissible height or it is of the wrong rotating direction.
